Theory & Regulations
To reserve your training slot, all bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our support team. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed email with your course schedule, venue details, and instructor information. Any changes to bookings should be communicated at least 24–48 hours before your session. Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of fees.
Practical Training Methods
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the training session to confirm your booking. We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and secure online transfers. Payment confirmation will be sent via email along with your training details.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, refunds may be available depending on the notice period. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the course start date are eligible for a partial refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. We encourage early communication to ensure a smooth process.

Any trainee found disregarding safety protocols may be asked to leave the session to protect themselves and others. Eligibility & Requirements

Experienced Operator
Must be a certified counterbalance forklift operator
Minimum Experience
At least 12 months of operational experience required
Communication Skills
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Safety Record
Clean safety record with no major incidents
Additional Considerations
Candidates should have a genuine interest in teaching and safety training. Previous teaching or training experience is beneficial but not essential.
